Question on guitar amp

Question

i have a line 6 spider II 150watt and a behringer BG412 ultrastack

recently i was playing and it all sounded fine, then the sound started cutting out, and it would turn fuzzing and sound like it was clipping,

but when i turn it back on, it will work for about 5-10 minutes then do it again

would this be my cab blown out?

or my amp?

the same thing happened to me but it was my cable..
