Question on laser hair removal ! ?

Question

So I've been shaving my upper lip for a few (5) years now, and i was wondering if laser hair removal would still work.

Also, how much would it cost for upper lip ?

AND, how many treatments does this particular area take ?

Anymore additional information/details would be very much appreciated :)

I heard its quite painful! But i think it takes a few treatments..my friend had her eyebrows done and i think it took like 3 treatments, not quite sure though! Can't remember how much it cost but I bet its quite expensive...But yeh, it apparently hurts ALOT! But your meant to get used to it after a few minutes...=P i would say its worth it though, because once its done, thats it! =)

I am a Registered Nurse and I specialize in skin care and have been doing laser hair removal since 1996. Laser is absolutely a great solution to your unwanted hair provided that you're a laser candidate.

Do you have dark hair? If yes, than you're a candidate. If your hair is light, than you're not a candidate because laser is attracted to pigment.

You absolutely should be shaving in order for laser to work because the laser beam has to penetrate below the skin to reach the root of the hair, thus, destroying the hair.

The uppper lip should cost between $75 to $125 a treatment.

You need a good 10-12 treatments. DO NOT ALLOW ANY laser place to tell you it's between 4 to 6 treatments THAT'S NOT TRUE!!!

Unfortunately, that is a lie in our industry!
