if u got divorced in USA, are those divorce papers valid in india? can we show those papers when recording your divorce during your passport renewal? i am getting my passport renewed in hyderabad.

  1. they are not until they are translated, and sent to the court system in India,then only can you proceed to your passport renewal....

    you may have to consult an Attorney,not sure about it?

  3. You can tell alll during application for re-issue.
