Question on plagiarism ?

I took this quote from an FDA press release. This is ok to do for an article right???? Please see below:

According to an FDA press release “Xenazine represents hope for patients and families dealing with this difficult disease,” said Timothy Coté, M.D., M.P.H., director of FDA’s Office of Orphan Products Development. “For the first time, there is a treatment that can help patients with this disease gain some quality of life.”

Timotyh Cote was qouted for the FDA press release- if I add it to my article with reference to the FDA press release is it ok?

I think you need to add the date of the release but otherwise it is fine.

jsut so long as everything you took from there is quoted (in quotation marks) and you cite it at the end of your report, you should be fine.
