every morning and night i am doing 70 leg lifts 70 crunches and 70 sit ups..along with 30 pushups..is this a good routine to start developing a good six pack?..becuz right now wenever i give a slight bend i can see my pack but wen i stand straigh i can only feel it a little bit but cant rele see it..so if i continue this routine will this provide a good six pack for me?
