Question on tax filing in virginia?

Question

X works for a company ABC based in tenessee. But X lives and works from virginia. X doesn't pay any state tax, since

there is no state tax in tennesee.

now, next year when X goes for tax filing, does X needs to pay /owe state tax in virginia...........

please suggest

You will owe tax and should be filing Virginia estimated taxes if you will owe a total tax bill of $150 or more.
