Question on where I stand on abortion?

Liberals tend to be pro choice and conservatives tend to be pro life. Both also seem to have a different approach when it comes to welfare.

My stance is if you cant afford it you should abort it. Where does that put me in this debate?

the problem is---when can you not afford a baby.

cut out the cable and the high speed internet along with movies and the drinking--

if you want to justify it you can basically say--I can never afford a baby.

so I should always be allowed to abort it.

Or you can always say--I can always afford a baby.

I think we should just let unwanted children live. We need to just allow the military to adopt unwanted children and raise them to be tough soldiers. Currently we have too limited a number of troops abroad, but no one wants a draft, so there you go.

Also it would help to even the competition with China. Think of how they'll be years to come...

It puts you in the pro-choice camp.

The right-to-lifers consider a fetus to be the same as a living, breathing human being and consider an abortion to be murder.

If you carry their viewpoint, you could argue that condoms should be illegal and if a guy has a wet dream he should go to prison because that sperm should have been used to create a baby.

The political debate between liberals and conservatives is not about whether abortion is ever advisable or prudent.  The debate is about whether it should be determined by government.  If you would not impose your view by law, then you are with the liberals.
