Question on working for news?

Hi just curious, i want to work on the news for a living. Possibly weather, or just news. But what do you have to be good at and major in?

For that, you'll want to get some broadcast journalism experience. If you really want to do weather, better stock up on meteorology, too.

Take whatever broadcast journalism classes your college offers. If not in college, get onyour schools tv station if they have one.

Contact a local newsstation, see if you can get a tour. Ask questions and take notes. It's great networking.
