I've noticed that if I sleep on my back, my dreams seem to be more aesthetically pleasing, in a way, I suppose.

But, if I sleep on my stomach, my dreams are just extremely random, and weird.

Does the position you sleep in have any affect on your anabolic thought process?

PSQI was also administered to the subjects. The rate of nightmare sufferers was significantly higher in left-side sleepers (40.9%) than in right-side sleepers (14.6%). ...     Go to

  2. Yes. When you sleep on your stomach, scholars say that the devil rides you on the back! "I'm not kidding," and he basically tries to control you and how your sleep goes. I prefer sleeping on my right side, the devil hates it and then once you fall sleep, it doesn't matter which said you flip over. Starting it with a good side is important.
