Question regarding paypal?

Well,

Im looking for an online account of which I can spend my money on, and of which you can use mastercard on.

Paypal seemed like a good option, as most of the ebay things I've been wanting to buy have Paypal as their only payment option,

but people have said Paypal is bad =/

Why is this?

Should I reconsider, or does anyone here have a Paypal account and haven't had any problems?

I don't use it often but I have one and I've not had any problems with it....yet.

Revolution Money Exchange is very similar to Paypal, but they don’t charge fees. They are giving out $25 to new account holders when you sign up. So as soon as you open your account, you have $25 to spend. I guess they are trying to compete with Paypal. You can sign up here.
