Question:

Question regarding pregnancy and menstruation?

Hello, my husband and I are 9 months married. We attempted to conceive during my fertility window. 14 days later, my menstrual period started; a week earlier than expected. What does this mean? Is there a possibility that the egg was fertilized even though that my menstration still occured? Is it possible that this could be my last menstration period before pregnancy?

Thanks in advance

  1. Nooo.. you were probably so concerned to see if you were preg, it was messing up your actual cycle. If you were pregnant, your period would of never came. so, try next month, and dont worry, if you are, you are.. if not, there will be plenty more months.

  2. Yes it is possible for you to have a couple periods during the first part of your pregnancy.

You should assume you are pregnant, even if you are just trying.

Remember anything you put in yourself is used in growing this child.

Get a pregnancy test from the store, these are pretty accurate.

    GOOD LUCK !

  3. No, not really.  If you had become pregnant, your body would not have begun menstruation.  Sometimes after conception there is implantation bleeding, but if you had a full period, then no.  But keep trying and good luck!

  4. if its ur periods & not just light spotting then i m sorry its not pregnancy.all u have to do is have s*x every alternate day from the 8th day of ur periods.this is what my docter had said.all the best & baby dust to u.
