Question regarding seasonal employment for Australia or New Zealand

I'm currently working for U.S. Forest Service as a seasonal wildland firefighter Hand Crew Type 2 and would like to a work in New Zealand or Australia for the same or better position. How could I do that? Does anyone have an information regarding my question. Please help thank you.

You would need to check with immigration first to see if you would be allowed in, see http://www.immi.gov.au

Depends on your age for some visas you can make a working holiday. Otherwise check with relevant immigration agencies. You would learn heaps more in NZ i reckon.
