What's your life advice you'd like to share?

Anything from love to school to experiences to charity work to crazy experiences that make it worth living.

Anything positive about this roller coaster? I'm just kinda pessimistic right now =[

Thanks.

  1. I love to laugh - I laugh at the funny things people do just being themselves.   I laugh when people put their hand on their head after hitting their head.  I laugh when I ask people if they're hungry and they look at their watch before they answer.  I laugh when I see a sign that says "Door Opens Outward" because I imagine what must have happened to cause the sign to be posted.   I laugh when I hear a thud followed by "Ow!" There is so much to laugh about every day, you just have to be open to it.  Some people think I'm mean and that I find other people's misfortunes amusing, but I can guarantee I am a much happier person than they are.

  2. It all into place and you realize that it all isn't so serious after all. You stop caring about others opinions, you stop being so critical of yourself because after all you are wasting your time trying to meet others standards. And you should value your time and who you spend it with more. After all time is the only thing you can not take back or apologize for. And it is so much easier the older you get to have healthy relationships because you start to notice along the way that you are just as annoying as everyone else, so why complain about them all the time. Take a deep breath and just think one of these days you are going to look back and realize just how silly we all are.

  3. Well, you don't need other people's approval as much as you probably think you do right now.  You have WORTH independent of what other people think!

And, if you have health and anyone in your life who loves you, you are SO lucky!  And if you don't, I'm sorry.  And, a good way to be appreciated is to be kind to those who are worse off than you.

As I have gotten to know the people in my circle better, I'm seeing that they all have problems that I wouldn't have suspected, and my own problems seem less significant in comparison.

You don't need a lot of friends.  Appreciate  the ones you have and be a good friend to them!

And, problems mostly don't last forever.  You'll always have problems, but they'll be new, and today's problems will someday be mostly forgotten!  That's kind of a cheerful thought and kind of not, I know.  Try to laugh about it!  I wish you the best.

  4. Resourcefulness and ingenuity has kept us going. Not leeching, borrowing, or begging. No matter whom you borrow from sooner or later someone will throw it up in your face.

Learn to do things for yourself from auto repair to survival. Because when push comes to shove no one is out looking out for you, just themselves.

There is no greater wealth than family.

The polite and kind people in society never make it to the top. Only the ones that are rude, sinister, selfish, who you know, who you're having an affair with, what your name is, your status, or income.

  5. Do the best you can with what you have where you are at....

    and

pray without ceasing........ that means to have an ongoing conversation with the Lord

  6. Trying to please just to be liked is a waste of time.  This is a very good question.  Raising you children to be good citizens not to be self centered brats of the universe.

  7. Do what you want, no matter what anyone says.
