  1. She has my vote. She is everything a liberal is not. Heterosexual, happily married to someone of the opposite s*x, Proud Parent, Unashamed of he Christian faith, and unwilling to compromise her principles for "convienance".

  2. I definitely think it will.  McCain's numbers are on the rise which to me translates that people are happy with Palin.

  3. I would have prefered Romney, but I do like Palin and I think she could help with independent, white, suburban soccer moms who can identify with her because she is one of them. That is a key voting block, especially in key swing states such as Ohio and Pennsylvania. There are many woman in small towns in those states that have common ground with Sarah Palin.

  4. Sure

  5. I think that she has energized the party, there is no doubt in my mind at all!  I've never seen people so excited about a VP selection, and have been through several elections.  The South is HERS!

  6. Truthfully, for me, she does more for the ticket than McCain does. Obama will hurt the country for four years. McCain can hurt the Conservative base of the party for many years to come.

  7. Hillary may be  even more conservative than Obama, but that doesn't necessarily mean that her supporters on the whole are stupid enough to equate a conservative Democrat with a reactionary Republican.  Only ultra-conservatives are that stupid!

  8. She has already excited the religous right!

I don;t care for the religious right, but Palin is also very fiscally conservative, so that is what I like about her.

The worse VP pick for me would have been Huckabee.  I think he is a neat guy, but he is fiscally liberal & VERY socially conservative.

  9. I perked up a bit! I don't think she hurt the ticket, but I don't think that she won any of billary's clones.

  10.     this election is a waist of time and money.obama dont have a prayer.his campain is almost costing as much as the war.where is this money comming from.it sounds like there is a lot of payback in somones future.he may have to leave the country.

  11. I am an Independent Conservative and was for McCain to begin with but will readily admit I am totally energized with the addition of this precious Gem to the ticket.

    McCain/Palin '08

  12. I don't believe she hurts the ticket, given the other choices. I believe there is more emotional associated with this campaign then we have seen in quite a while. Even heard a friend today who has always been a Dem say she plans (at this time) to vote republican. Lets hope we have a productive campaign with fair and accurate reporting and the best ticket comes out on top.

  13. >>will the pick of Sarah Palin energize the conservative base for McCain??<<

    Sounds like it to me!

"Republican vice presidential hopeful Sarah Palin proved she could bring in the money as John McCain's campaign raked in seven million dollars in the first day after he announced his historic pick.

"'That's more money than we raised in the fourth quarter of 2007,' press secretary Brooke Buchanan told reporters Saturday after campaign donations were tallied. 'She's great news.'"

  14. Yes, she has my values more so than McCain.  This helped secure my vote.

  15. Not from what I've seen. I've seen a lot of conservatives who weren't going to vote because they didn't like McCain, though if it means Obama, isn't that even worse? Since Palin, many of those are excited over the election again and will vote for McCain. I figured anything but Obama--even Hillary.

  16. When all the hub bub slows down and we finally get to hear John and Sarah speak, I am sure the polls will soar and conservatives will have what we have all been looking for.  A good fighter with good morals and judgment, and great convictions.

  17. I think she energises the base, yes, I had friends calling, everyone is exited about her.

  18. I would have much preferred Ron Paul.  However McCain/Palin isn't that bad.  Obama/Biden would be worse, but then would have the plus of Ron Paul being able to run in 2012.

  19. The demographics for the Republican election got mixed up with the demographics for the One Race Films..

McCain now has a lock on the teenage male vote.

Joe Lieberman will be Vin Diesel's new love interest in "The Faster and the Furiouser".

  20. Yes. It already has. Even with the information of Sarah's daughter being pregnant under-age, and unmarried (yet, she's engaged now to the Father). Know why I am even more psyched? Palin has shown true, honorable family values, and so is her daughter! Palin's daughter wants her baby, she's taking responsibilty, instead of hiding what she did, she's open about it, her mother taught her those values.

Her mother's name is Sarah Palin.

Are honest true American Family Values about to make a comeback in American Society?

    I say YES!

Thanks a lot Sarah for making this happen!

  21. Oh yes! I was neutral about this whole thing until McCain picked Gov. Palin for his ticket.

She is just a wonderful choice and a woman of strong biblical values. That is what we need as a nation, and I can't wait to see her in the White House in 2012!!!
