Question to ppl in texas ?

this is going to be a long time in the future but next summer my familys going to visit my mom's friend's family and probably spend the summer in their house in texas..

but whats there to do in texas?? are there any amusement parks? HAUNTED mansions :) ?? big malls/// what places do you know that are fun??

  1. This is such a general question and Texas is a BIG State. So to answer this question.....YES, there are plenty of fun things to do in TEXAS.

    Houston has 3.1 million people and plenty of things to do.

    Dallas has about 2.1 million people and has all the fun things to do there.

    Galveston, has moody gardens, fun in the sun on the beaches, water parks....fishing, boating state parks long the water.

    Austin has plenty of lakes and fun things to do as well.

    San Antonio has the river walk, Canyon Lake is not far away for boating, fishing, rafting down the rivers, theem parks etc.

  6. i live in houston and were gonna get alot off new things like disneyland and universal studios in a few years so yea come back in a few years lol

  7. San Antonio: I went there it was really fun. You could go to this haunted house thing. It's seriously fun! And you could go to sea world, the river walk, the alamo. Go to sea world especially it's really fun there are tons of rides> Plus if you go to the river walk go to the mall too it's huge! and have tons of stuff you can buy.

    Houston: There's many places there are tons of amusment parks.

    I think there's also shlitterbahn i'm not sure how to spell it so yeah x.x

    Plus there's farms around you can rent a horse and go riding. And there's the Houston Zoo.

    There's also this science museum that shows lots of cool things. i remember i went there for a field trip and we end up seeing how chocolate are made and we got to see awesome things.

    Also there's Moody Garden. This is sorta boring but idk you could try going there some say it's fun also they have this 4D movie. You can see, touch, smell, and hear the movie. I end up watching this ocean movie and kinda got sick of the sea smell. lol but yeah it's sorta fun

  9. I live in the houston area and my fav places are moody gardens in galveston, the Kemah board walk. Schlitterbaughn.. I have no idea how to spell it but it is an awesome water park. The Katy Mills Mall is a huge mall in Katy, the Galleria in Houston is nice and expensive they have all Gucci and LV stores, the Hood mall if your lookin a grill or anything would be sharpstown mall off of 59 if you spend enough time there on the weekends ur sure to find a Htown Rap artist there. umm there are millions of places to go it just depends on where you are goin to be at and what u like to do. You have plenty of time to find all the things you will want to do : )
