well i want to format my memory stick but im afraid that its gonna delete the costume firmware... is it gonna delete it?

  1. nothing is gona happen to the firmware. its like formatting an mp3 the firmware it has on it isnt gona erase, only the things on your mem. stick


  2. It is firmware, it should be ok.

  3. hahahaha lol no the firmware files are in your flash memory not on your memory stick so ur safe, it will erase your music, game saves etc thats all

  4. no, firmware is on the psp. you could format your memory stick, but all that'll do is delete everything on your memory stick(music, pics, saved games... etc) your custom firmware will not be affected at all
