  1. i think you should make one. it would be alot of fun for you and her. just find some fabric or if you dont have that construction paper will do. some elastic glue glitter buttons anything you can think of. she will surely have the craziest hat of all!!!

  2. buy one so she can have some fun!

  3. Borrow one and do something silly put flowers on the inside so that when she puts it on the flowers are around her hair and on her forehead. You can use safety pins and pin the flowers to the sweatband inside the hat. This way you can take all of it off and return the hat. Take some and tie them on longer pieces of ribbon so they hang here and there. Take a couple pieces of construction paper cardboard and cut out the shapes of some flower pots and tape them to a piece of ribbon and make the hat band. If she needs a name for her hat call it a topsy turvey flower garden. My little cousin wore a western hat with ten flattened pint milk containers tied around the the crown, when he was asked what his hat meant he said it was a ten pint hat instead of a ten gallon hat that him and his hat had a lot of growing to do yet. He won 1st place.

  4. Or let her make one out of construction paper or tagboard. I'm a teacher and I've worn snow hats. Students will also be wearing baseball hats, cowboy hats, sombreros, etc. Basically it's just a day for students to be allowed to do something they usually can't, so anything that goes on a head (even a scarf or bandana) is perfect.

  5. a good old newspaper pirate hat.....a bandana tied at all 4 corners....a teacosy if you have one, so many things to make out of simple things you will have at home

  6. Get a large peice of paper and make a paper hat. I did that and it was so much fun.

  7. why dont you both sit down and make one? could be fun just use bits you find around the house. how about a shower cap with a rubber duck stuck to the top?

  8. Please make her one or borrow one and spruce it up a little.  She would probaly feel pretty left out if she does not have one.

  9. I would say let her borrow a hat so she wont feel left out at school tomorrow :)

  10. just make one it will have meaning

  11. Keep her home from school
