Questionnaire for a teacher who is leaving. 10 points?

I need help with another questionnaire for my magazine i am doing for school. two teachers are leaving. One is a retiring maths teacher and is head of the house the other is a young chemistry teacher. Both are in the same house and the Maths teacher has a great sense of humour. I need some questions to ask him as I suck at creating some. More the better. Thanks

For the retiring teacher:

Why have you chosen now to retire?  If you had the chance, is there anything you would have done differently?  Was teaching what you expected it to be when you started?  What was the most memorable experience you had as a teacher?  And, of course, the standard: what are you planning to do now?
