Questions About uploading Please help!!!!?

Ok I need help on uploading cause I dont know much about technology and that, so im here to learn

Like If i wanna put some pics from camera or phone to something like myspeace or bebo how can I do it

and if I wanna put a video to youtube from video camera or phone how can i do it and please be very specific cause I dont know much about things like these.

save them to your hard drive first - then use the applications uploading command
