Questions From A First Time Painter?

Question

I was also wondering about how to trace borders and things like that, on to the canvas to dress it up a little more. I have some really cute designs that would work as borders, but I'm an absolutely TERRIBLE drawer (my stick figures never turn out right :) and I would rather be able to hand-paint it on there rather than just have to print it off the computer and glue it on there.

All I have access to locally is Wal-Mart.

graphite paper.... draw or copy design on paper...enlarge to the size you want and put carbon or graphite paper under design and trace it and it will show up on canvas and easy to then paint...have fun...
