Questions about Army UAV operator MOS....?

Question

As far as deployment goes, i know it depends on the unit you are assigned to, but how often are UAV operators deployed, and what is the most likely area and or country for them to get sent too? What is it like for them to get deployed? And how close will UAV operators be close to any fighting?

They are deployed with a regular unit like anyone else, but they don't see much fighting because they are in the rear usually.
