I'm having a few problems filling out the form. this is for my provisional by the way. do you have to have 2 forms of id? all i got is a birth certificate coz my passport expired. i dont wanna have to renew it coz it costs £75 plus £50 for the licence I'm applying for. i cant afford it at the mo. isnt there a way around this?

  1. You do need two forms of ID, one for identity and one for address, your birth certificate will do for identity for address you can use a bank statement or two utility bill, they have to be no more than 3 months old.
