Questions about Dr. Doofenshmirtz Phineas and Ferb episodes...?

My little sister wants to know what area Dr. Doofenshmirtz from Disney's Phineas and Ferb comes from. On Wikipedia it said that his nationality was "Dooflesteinien" but we have no clue where that is. All we know is that it's somewhere in Germany. Please help!

  2. well, Phineas and Ferb is a cartoon so the peices don't always seem to fit just right.  He is from Germany (because of his accent) and if it says dooflestein then that's where he is from
