Questions about Saturns and cupholders....?

Okay, i'm looking to buy a new car and for some strange reason i love the old early-90's Saturns. But anyways, i was looking through pictures of these types of saturns for sale and one thought came up: Where in the world are the cupholders in the front? Are there any period? Yes, it's a dumb question but i'm really REALLY curious. Thanks!! :)

they didnt know at that time  that people bought cars  depending on cup holders

Its not a dumb question at all................

Many vehicles today have either taken them out or made them a special order item.

Reason is because it has become a safety issue and they have done this also with ashtrays in some vehicles as well.
