Questions about adoption in Ky/Tn?

Question

Does anyone know of a good agency that could place a child at low cost? Yes we have money and can afford to care for a child however I believe the $15000-$35000 could be better spent actually on itmes and college for the child. We are looking for a caucasian girl under 8. Any information would be a great help thanks!

My brother Jon works for one of those. His is called Foster Home for Orpaned children.

I don't know exactly where in KY, and TN but look it up and it should come up ^_^

Have you thought about going through a private adoption agency that works with your state's Department of Human Resources?  If you check with your state's Department of Family and Children Service office, you can get a list of private agencies that place domestic children.  Good luck!

Please check out the Waiting Children in Ky. They are precious and in need of a family .

Also, have you tried a Special Needs International adoption? The wait is short,(7 months) and there are grants that cover about 50 percent of the cost and then you get back 10,000 on you Federal Taxes.

  We adopted our 2nd daughter from China, special needs and she is an awesome girl, now 5, and very healthy!
