Hey. Im thinking about being a beach lifeguard. Im interested in joining the nsvl and doing my training with them (www.nsvl.org) Lifeguarding just seems to be a seasonal job in summer months, or is there an all year round lifeguard job somewhere around North Sea? Also interested in doing surfing so whats the pay like for lifeguards? And surf instructor? Being wanting to do 6th form at school but now im not sure if i want to just do my lifeguard training and learn to surf. Would this work?

Do pool lifeguard course and work at a swimming pool.

That can give me a stable job whilst i do surf training and and a beach lifeguard course?

Then my life is pretty much sorted working at the sea which ive always wanted, lifeguard in summer months, surf instructor in colder months. Obv id need to do a surf instructor course to.

So really i just need info about pay, whether this would work or not?

Id rather be a lifeguard all year round and surf for leisure, so if there is an all year round lifeguard job (North Sea Only) I really do want to know about it!
