Questions about contact lenses?

when you wear contact lenses is it ok to wear them when you're at the beach, or at a water park?

You can't tell on your own if you have astigmatism...that's what an eye examination determines.

I myself cannot wear contacts in the shower or at the beach or even swimming my eyes get very irritated.

If you have astigmatism your doctor would have given you proper lenses. I myself have it in one eye and not the other so I chose just to get regular lenses. Instead of seeing perfectly in the other eye it's not as sharp as it should be but I can see because the other eye is perfectly fine and helps to even it out (this is what my eye doctor told me)

you shouldnt wear your contacts while there's water that could get into your eyes (a lot of water) i.e. shower, beach, waterpark

you need to ask your eye care professinal about this though. you also have you doctor if you have astigmatism
