Questions about feildhockey?

Question

1. my coaches say that they dont know were to put me yet- (our team has only 9 so we have to play wit 7) so is that bad or good?

2. they mostly put me in offense- but im a sub. also is this good or bad

3. can you explain me the rules... i still dont really understand them

well if your fast and dont run out of breath quickly let the coaches know cause then they will know to put you on offense of midfield.

being a sub isn't a bad thing,it doesn't really mean anything except u dont get to start...dont let people tell you that it means ur not as good as everyone else.

to be honest ive been playing field hockey for 2 years and we won the championships and i played all star and i still dont understand all the ruless ;D

first field is spelled like F*I*E*L*D

its bad that ur team only has 9 u need 11 to play a full field plus subs

subbing for offense is good tell them u want to play center mid (that's my position i love it)
