  1. homeopathic medicines are really good. they do only what their made to do and nothing else. my mom has ben using them on us ever sice we were born. they can be really soothing if you have pains or headaches and are useful for colds. they are made from herbs and contain little alcohol. by that i mean a little. the equivalent is that of 1 drop in an ocean and that is actually a fact.

also just a little note that 30c i more powerful then 200c. you should use 3-4 drops of 3c in a few sips of water and 4-5 drops of 200c in a few sips of water. but not too much water  :)

homeopathic medicines can also be used for reducing pains, cramps, pregnancy pains and all those things but you need a specific remedy for each illness :)

    hope it helped

    xx

  2. usually homeopathic medicine is made from extracts of herbs these extracts are very potent but they come from  natural sources

  3. Most people have told me this about homeopathic medicines Well these medicines if don't cure u, they will also not harm u.

Most of these medicines are made by herbes or natural things. Mostly they don't have any side-effects. And r usaully made by those people who have studied homeopathic medicine.

  4. I've heard that the British royal family uses homeopathic medicine.  If that is true, then it must work.  I can't imagine that they would be tricked  by quacks.

  5. Homeopathic medications are made by putting something into water and diluting it.  And taking a small amount of that, and diluting it with more water.  Repeat several more times.  They claim that it somehow changes the water (magic?) so that even if there is NONE of the original substance, it will still "cure" you.

It's a complete load of c**p.  Look up "placebo effect" to see how it actually "works".

If you don't want to take tylenol, then deal with your symptoms.  If you have a cold, drink hot tea.  If you have a sore throat, gargle with salt water.  Those things actually have physiologic reasons for working.

The crystal-huggers will give this answer thumbs down, but this IS the medical board, not the magic fairy board.

Medications like Tylenol and ibuprofen are safe and effective when taken as directed.
