Questions about packaging at the post office?

i hava a large item to send at the post office, can i just show up there and pay for packaging or do i have to bring my own box?

  1. The post office does not offer this service but there are places that do.  For instance Pack n Mail or UPS stores.

    The US Postal Service requires you to have your items properly packaged and ready to mail before they will accept them for shipping.

  2. hi, you no need to bring the box, you can buy from the post office and it is available in varius sizes , go and have a look first and make sure the box size is enough for your item, before you bring the item to there.  note that you have to pay for the box.
