well my 13 year old sister hasn't yet hit puberty, and i'm wondering whats the oldest age for someone to hit puberty, because i hit puberty at the age 11, and what are the first signs/symptoms of when she is first going to hit puberty? (i do not remember mines, it was a while ago)
