Question:

Questions about roller coasters. Why do I hate them?

OK. I don't HATE roller coasters, but there are 2 things that I just can't take.....

1. Backwards upward spirals

2. Drops. Whenever I go over a drop, I get this weird sharp feeling up my *** (sorry, but I didn't know any other way to describe it). I have 3 questions about this:

-Is this normal?

-If so, how do I get used to it?

-Why do people like drops?

Thanks.

  1. heya its completely normal for starters as people just like different things like my bf can go on any ride you like with loops, drops and corkscrews but can't handle ther teacups!

I use to not like drops but to be honest I just kept getting forced on everything my my friends who are all thrill seekers and now i dont think theres anything i couldnt go on.

People like drops for the excitement and they do really add to a coaster

    hope this helps x

  2. Sometimes, its really scary going up, because you think " How high is this going ", but once you go down you will hopefully enjoy yourself, so don't worry. Its totally normall for someone to not like spirals and all that. If you are scared of them, just try and go on smaller rollercoasters, and bulid your way up your confidence. Youll soon get used to it! x*x

  3. im the same, i used to like em like 2 years ago, but now i get no thril in gettin all shaken up and hurt on rides, so annoying, makes me feel like im gonna die when im soooo high up

  4. Many people like the rush at the end, and for many people it is exciting. You probably dislike them becuase you are afraid of something happening (eg. backwards spirals, becuase you cannot see what is happening). It may just be because your body is not used to all of the sharp twists, and that is you bodies way of telling you.
