The Samsung SC-D372 is a miniDV tape based camcorder.

Refer to page 11 for the location of the DV port. This requires a 4-pin firewire connector.

We don't know what computer you have or what kind of firewire 400 port is has. They can be either 4-pin - or more commonly, are 6-pin... Firewire, i.Link and IEEE1394a are all the same thing.

Firewire is not USB... the protocols are different. A USB to firewire converter will not work.

If your computer does not have a firewire port, they are typically easy to add - and are cheap.
