Question:

Questions about the effects of a few Yu-Gi-Oh cards?

Some of the effects of Yu-Gi-Oh cards confuse me a bit so I'm going to ask what they mean here. Or sometimes it's just the way something is done.

Say, your opponent is playing a deck that is built to remove cards from play. They have a card on the field that everytime a monster is destroyed it gets removed from play

If you have a card on the field that if it gets sent to the graveyard its effect activates, would you still be able to activate that effect even if the card was removed from play?

And then Babycerasaurus

'If this card is destroyed by an effect and sent it to the Graveyard, select 1 Level 4 or lower Dinosaur-Type monster from your Deck and Special Summon it.'

does 'an effect' include Spell and Trap cards as well as Monster effects?

Please only answer if you are a true Yu-Gi-Oh fan and absolutely KNOW the answers
