Questions about the iPod Touch 8GB-16GB

ok i am looking for a $250-$300 16GB iPod Touch and i was wondering how much space 3-4 movies and maybe 250 songs or less

would an 8GB work for that??

if not please tell me where i could hopefully find a $250-$300 iPod Touch

walmart.com has 8gb for $184. and 16 for $270 i think.
