does anybody think the heat will make the playoffs this year. Its sad that they dont have a point guard no more.jason williams left.d wade is a good passer so i guess they expecting him 2 do everything.Be the playmaker and the scorer.D wade has looked really good with the USA team this year,he's been playing better than everybody else on the USA team in the olympics. Will the heat make the playoffs next year?

I think its a good chance they will.

Another question, what is the heat gonna do about the starting forward positions? They have beasley, shawn marion and haslem.Im assuming beasley wont start since he's a rookie.

Let me know what yall think

  1. well they actually do have two (hopefully if quinn signs then 3) point guards in their roster I'm hoping the hype around chalmers is more then hype, Yes I believe the heat have a good chance of making the playoffs with the 3 core pieces they have in wade, marion and beasley.

To your other question the starting lineup will be

    C-Haslem

    PF-Beasley

    SF-Marion

    SG-Wade

    PG-Chalmers

Hopefully they can find a better player to play center nothing agianst haslem he's a defensive powerhouse just we need someone bigger that can guard those other big 7 footers hopefully ZO Mourning resigns with us

  2. it dont matter that hes a rook..hes gonna start lol.

    they have no one else.

and of courseee they r gonna make tha playoffs.. D WADE ALL DAII BABAY

ohh...and watch out for mario chalmers.. shittin on nikkas daily!!

  3. I prefer Mario Chalmers to start for the Heat, he was able to dominate in the Orlando summer league and played better than Derrick Rose so he's ready.

Among the forwards that they have (Haslem, Beasley, and Marion), Marion is the most athletic and most suited to play small forward. That leaves Beasley at the power forward position. They need to add more height so I hope either Mourning still can play a lot of minutes or they trade Marion.

  4. ok i dont know much stuff about the heat but I think i heard that haslem was gonna be the center. look at their roster:

They are looking great but could use more height at Center and a good point guard. if you look at the teams who have good point guards almost all of them made the playoffs. I think the Heat will be around 7th or 8th seed if they are lucky. There division is tough especially the Magic. The Magic have Howard and they will use that to their advantage when they play the Heat cause Howard is so dominate he can take over the whole game and the Heat won't stop him. They may hurt their chances. Atlanta could be a threat but the Heat should be good. They definitely won't go far in the playoffs but they will make it. I think 2010 is their year. They will have a new draft pick hopefully a Center and maybe a new addition at point guard or maybe the other way around. But either way they will make it but won't go far. Michael Beasley was the best player in the draft and can control the game when he has the ball.

  5. heat will definitly make the playoffs cause thy hav a healthy roster and HEALTHY WADE ..

the line up right now is

    pg:banks

    sg:wade

    sf:marion

    pf:beasley

    c:haslem

    WADE 09 MVP

  6. i'm a huge miami fan by the way.  and beasly will start cuze he can play and he's #2 draft pick,so i dont see why they  wouldnt play him. and the forward position i think dwell wright can play it cuze he's getting better, i think they might start him. and i'm not sure what will they do with the point guard,   but i know for sure we will be in the top 5 this season

  7. they do have a point gaurd if you consider all 6 20 point 10 assist games chris quinn had and wade should average 25 and 8. marion and beasley will both average a double double and haslem will average 9 or more pts per game.they will definatley make the playoffs.
