Hi, how to find out how many shares outstanding are in the market for pennystock, for example, SPNG ? and the percentage of shares the owners have? and other important information for trading. Thank you

investorshub.com is a great place to research penny stocks. They have messageboards with breakdowns listed (such as outstanding shares, etc.) on virtually all penny stocks. You can also call the company directly you're investing in and they should be able to tell you that information.
