  1. just leave it

  2. 1.  Looks nice so far but the only one who can advise you on the art is of course....your tattoo artist.

    2.  Its all pain, it all hurts, so don't go getting yourself worked up over whether its going to bad, never let the thought of pain stop you from getting a tattoo exactly where you want it - pain goes away, the tattoo is forever!

    3.  Wear a dress?

  3. I think that is very nice!

I'd be careful about adding the blue next to the green, you don't want to change your focus with similar tones. Your lines are good, and I honestly cannot see any need to add anything next to the leaves or flowers .. and I think that it would take away from what you have so far.

If you do add blue, it should be clearly darker than the green or much lighter so that there is contrast to differentiate between the two. You could add a very small amount of dark blue at the deepest part of the shading on the leaves if you want it to be more dramatic, or you could add a light blue as 'atmosphere' around what you have - this could give 'background' and dimension. But if you are unsure, wait for quite a while, you can always add in a year or two, but you can't take away.

As far as pain, you have already gone through all the testing you need, and you'll do fine. It might or might not hurt more. (the calf area for me was my most painful spot)

As far as protecting, for the 1st week or so, I'd advise a skirt or loose pants. If you can't do the skirt, try this technique while it goes through that seeping/transfer early healing stage: after washing and lotion and air drying, put a clean paper towel over it loosely and tape around your leg (whatever you need to hold it there, but still keeping it loose over it), this will protect your clothing, and will be clean on the tat and not leave little fibers sticking to it. You should carefully remove and replace 1 -3 times during the day, depending on seepage, and apply a light coat of lotion, be sure to wet the paper towel to take it off, so as not to pull anything off with it if it has gotten stuck. (a little mister bottle with water is handy)

good luck with your beautiful tattoo!
