Questions concerning IUI procedure?

Question

I will be doing IUI this cycle. Just wondering if anyone has done the procedure and can give me some insight as to what to expect. I am on CD1 right now and will be going for first ultrasound tomorrow and will find out when to start the Follistim.

I had 6 IUIs and most of the time they feel like a Pap exam. Some cramping possible but you can return to normal activities right afterwords.
