It can be chilly in the morning, because of the altitude.  I woke up one morning in July and I could see my breath, so I know it was cold.  But I look outside the hotel and I saw a little Indian woman carrying a big bundle of Calais Lillies to market and she had bare feet on the cold cobblestones.  I shivered and got a jacket out of my luggage.  But by the afternoon, I was wearing that jacket tied around my waist because it had warmed up so much.
