  1. 1. You must be 18 to go into a legal contract

#2.  Yes, you can obtain a domain through one of many different web-host, and yes you must pay for a commercial account.

#3.  You can try to charge people for going to your site, cannot advise you on its ability to actually make money, better off trying to sell ads on the pages. Especially, with your interest in advising teens. They also are limited by the age to go into a legal contract of purchase of entrance to your site, or having access to a valid credit card in their name.

#4. To obtain the money charged by your site, can go through pay-pal, or you can go through the credit card companies, but you must go under agreement with the companies, which requires you to be the age of 18 to go into a legal contract.

How much could you earn?  Anywhere from 0 to lots of money.  Cannot be predicted......  One word of advise, if you are developing a site for young people under the age of 18, you need to walk with caution on the web. There are numerous federal guidelines. And you do not want to fall into a situation that you would have a great deal of trouble climbing out of.  Having a good concept of a website and making money from the site are sometimes two different ideas. Don't fall into a scam that will only cost you money.

  2. 1) Yes, you have to pay for the webspace and domain name.  Generally about $10/year per domain, and $10/month for webhosting.  You can also get free hosting, but you don't want that if you're trying to make money as well.

    2) You can earn cash from your website by placing banners.  Everytime someone clicks on a banner from your website, you get paid.

    3) There are numerous websites on the web that can give you a helping hand in starting, creating, and managing your website.  I don't know  of any off the top of my head, just google and you will find plenty.

    4) Depending on which service you use is how you get paid, some can deposit money directly to your bank account, others will send you a check.

    5) Earnings are entirely dependant on the website itself and how well you manage and get users.   Income ranges based on your user level, the more people that go to your website and click on banners, the more money you get.

    6) It can be.  If you create an awesome website that's success flies through the roof you can make lots of money and have that as your full time gig, but you could also plummit and make no money.  Again, the amount of money earned tolls on how many users you can get to go to your website.

  3. http://jgiff.net for free hosting and domain, setup a Wordpress blog, setup Google Adsense, earn per click
