Questions for bouncers and Doormen!!?

Guys...need your help. A friend of mine just opened a gentlemen's club in the philly area and he doesn't really know the pay scale of what to pay the doormen and bouncers. I wanted to hear from guys what they had been paid before. I know the standard structure from regular clubs but this is different. He wants to pay a flat rate of $8 and hour and then we have to figure out what to get tipped out by the girls and maybe the bar. What was done at your clubs? Did you get tipped out by anyone or just got paid an hourly wage? All ideas are appreciated....thanks in advance

first of all, get batista to do the job! at 6-6 and 300 hw is good boiuncer material! 10.00 an houir seems reasonable! plus tips!
