Questions for hiring a nanny?

I'm a single mom of 4 and recently I realized that with my work schedule, I need a nanny to care for my children. My kids are 11 months, 5 years old, 11 and 12(almost 13). Obvisolly, the nanny wouldn't really be a nanny to my two older ones, more like a companion. I would want a live-in one. I live in Pheniox, AZ.

Any tips on questions I should ask the nanny? I work from 10:30 AM-5:30 PM and my 10 month old goes to a day care center from 10:30 AM-12:00 PM, so I'd need a nanny that drives. Is their anything special I should look for in the nanny? This is my first time hiring one. Thanks in advance.

Most of nanny agency are scammer and   bad in Canada.They ilegally charged huge amount of money to the name of finding the employer and job for nanny. They might charge you too.
