i've had mild endo. for 2 1/2 years, had laproscopic surgery to remove some stuff 2 years ago and now i might be pregnant and my period has either past or will be next week, i'm not sure.

my cramps with periods are unbearable, not being able to walk, stand, etc. but this month i only get little cramps and i can get up and do anything i want! are cramps from pregnancy less painful than period cramps?

thanks!

  1. i have severe endometriosis and have for about 4 years. i know what you mean by the unbearable pain with periods, and i also have pain all month long..but it is a little diff then period pain. i was told by my doctor that pregnancy puts endo into "remission" almost as soon as you become pregnant. it is a least promising that you are not having your normal pain this month. and the cramps i had before i found out i was pregnant with my son were kind of like period cramps, but not as bad..almost "pinchy". i hope this helps some and good luck getting your bfp!

  2. I have endometriosis and I noticed that when I had my implantation cramps it was a lot milder then my endometriosis cramps.  (At the time of my implantation I didn't know I was pregnant and when I started cramping I thought it was the start of my period but luckily the next day when I didn't start I took the pregnancy test and it was +)
