Questions for the creative people?

I want to re-design a packaged product (like a shoebox or a coffee bag), but I dont really know which package to re-design. So I was hoping you guys saw any packages that are good, but the design is terrible (like the starbucks coffee bag, its ok, but it can be designed better with the proper text/ color)

And I know there are lots of them but how about iPod Covers or skins, same for Nintendo DS or Wii covers/skins?

Go for a shoe box. They are always shaped the same and rarely communicate what's really inside. Maybe come up with a transparent plastic one but also create a design with color and graphics that make you feel like it's not a box but something with a different feel to it? Like somehow, you're holding an futuristic hi tech device given to you by alien overlords, etc. You get the picture LOL :O
