  1. Yes you can eat cheese if you are only a vegetarian, but you have to make sure it doesn't have renit derived from animals.

www.meat.org is the reason I am a vegan.

  2. Yes, most vegetarians still eat eggs and dairy products.

  3. A lot of vegetarians do not because cheese contains rennet, the stomach lining of a cow. It's really gross when  you think about it!

Visit www.goveg.com and also read up on http://www.milksucks.com/milksuckers.htm... for dairy facts you weren't aware about!

Being a veggie is fun, I'm going on a year and a  half. If you truly want to reap the benefits of a healthy veggie diet, make sure to stock up on your fruits, granola, nuts and veggie sticks. I had a habit of eating cookies and muffins everytime I had a snack attack.

    7. I get creative with soups and wraps

    8. Pasta (make sure when you order this at a restaurant, it's not chicken broth based)

    9. Tofu (I either eat them baked, stir-fried or in soups or curry)

    10. Fruit shakes

    11. Almond butter on bread (Yum!)

    18. Pinapple fried rice

    19. Stir-fried veggies over rice or noodles

    20. Veggie burgers with avocado and the fixings.

    21. Garden burger riblets (Tastes like real ribs, I'm not joking!)

    22. Veggie sandwich (Foccacia bread, olive oil, veganaise, red peppers, onions, squash, zucchini, avocado or cheese alternative)

    25. Vegan doughnuts and vegan cookies taste better than dairy and egg-based desserts because they rely on more natural ingredients. You'll be amazed!!

    You'll seriously feel a difference! :D

  4. Yes, course you can. Just not if your a vegan. There are loads of different vegetarians (lacto-ovo, Pollo, Pasco etc) Once you dont eat meat your a veggie =] Good luck.

  5. You sure can eat cheese but only those made with vegetable rennet.  Cabot brand has several that are animal rennet free and I believe Sargento has a few also.  Check out the FAQ's at their websites.

  6. There are different kinds (I call them levels) of being vegetarian.  There are Ovo-Lacto Vegetarians that eat no meat, but do eat eggs and dairy, Lacot-Vegetarians (thats me) that eat no meat or egg, but eat dairy, and Vegans, that eat no meat, no dairy, no egg.

  7. Yes, cheese is suitable for vegetarians.

Check the label, make sure it is vegetarian because some cheeses have animal rennet from the stomachs of baby calfs.

  8. cheese is vegetarian but not vegan.

  9. yes, cheese is vegetarian.

  10. Vegetarians do eat cheese and other dairy products, but you do want to make sure your cheese doesn't have any rennet.  Now, what is rennet?  It is from the fourth stomach of veal calves, and it is used to coagulate the milk to form the cheese.  Gross, right?

But if you're going veg, don't just eat lots of dairy and eggs; that's not good for you either!

  11. yes, just make sure that it does not have any rennet in it, and you will be fine. if you decide to be a vegan, however, the only kind of cheese you can have is vegan cheese. hope this helps!!! good luck!!!! : )

  12. yes you can eat cheese if your vegitarians

some vegitarians even eat eggs and some even eat fish.

it matters what kinda of vegitarian you want to be, but only vegans dont eat cheese or any animal byproduct alongside meat and fish.

  13. cheese is vegetarian, but not vegan. so you would want to be a vegetarian. but maybe the reason you are feeling so bad is because fast food is bad for you. it has tons of calories and sugar so that also might be making you feel nosty :D

you dont have to give up meat entirely if you dont want to just dont eat fast food :]

  14. Go for it!! Go veg. =]

Yes you can eat cheese as a vegetarian. But if you go vegan, no.

  15. As long as it doesn't have animal rennet, it's vegetarian. Cheese with milk is never vegan, though.

  16. Vegetarians can eat anything as long as its not meat!

  17. the only thing that is not vegetarian is fish and meat
