If the daughter (17-18) of a diplomat Whom has full immunity get caught harboring an escaped prisoner of war , can she be convicted of the crimes if her own country will not lift her immunity Or does she not get immunity at all?

  1. Usually there is a formal protest of the local government sent to other government along with a notice of expulsion of the diplomats and their family, because declared undesirable.


  2. The daughter also gets full immunity.  She gets extradited to her own country and is to be tried there.
