Questions on Lowes speedway...?

Give some positives on Lowes Motor Speedway, possibly going to a race there

i've never been there, but i love to watch the races from lowe's on tv. i'm not sure what it is about "the beast of the southeast" but while i'm watching from home, it just seems like they go faster than anywhere else. i think it's the way the "lanes" are drawn out and how they run across them coming through the tri-oval. and there always seems to be a little extra "charge in the air" because they are close to home - both their own homes and their race shops.

I have been to several tracks and Lowe's is by far the best experience I've had as a fan (racing aside).  Everything is easily accessible and nearby.  Even all of the parking is fairly close (unlike some tracks where you have to take tram rides through campgrounds to get to the track and back!).  

I can't say for the upcoming race, but Lowe's always has had the best prerace festivities in the business.  Humpy sure knew how to put on a show!  

Finally, the racing at Lowe's is great.  It is high banked, fast and the drivers can actually race there (and not run single file).  

It is definitely the best mile and a half track (I say it that way because people like different types- but out of all the mile and a halfers, there is little debate that Lowe's is the best!)

It is a good 1 1/2 mile track. Not the boring run of the mill 1 1/2 they've built the last 10 years or so. It's called the beast of the east for a reason and it's really steeped in tradition. Usually some pretty exciting racing goes on there and it is one of the hotter tickets in NASCAR.

one of the best kahne gonna win it again lol i hop it's not a flop like pocono but it's usually a great race they dont have an all-star race there for nothing
