Questions on Puberty?

Question

I am fourteen years old and a 32A and petite.

I have pretty much been the same bra size for 2 years now,(since seventh grade) and I have started my period(about a year and a half ago).

My question is, why has it seemed like puberty has stopped for me?

Does puberty go in stages,like do you go through it then pause then keep going from there?

I just get insecure when I see girls my age looking so much more..er...womanly.

Please shed some light?

well when i was 14 i was also a 32A

and that's when puberty pretty much stopped for me

i stopped growing and so did my b***s

now i am 18, 5'2", and still a 32A

so it just depends on the person

but i know how you feel

i know girls who are like 12 and 13 who have bigger b***s than me and are a lot taller

i know how unfair it is

but you just have to learn to accept it and just know that one day an amazing guy will come along who doesn't care how tiny you are and will love you for you

and some guys even prefer smaller girls because they think they're cute

and that mandy girl is mean

you know what's going to be really funny, when you're in your 20's and you're a C cup and she is still an A cup

karma is going to come around and bite her in the a$$ one day, just watch
