well why this isn't fair that cops can talk on their phones while driving and we can't. they act like they own the roads. we can get in trouble for it and they can't why is that so. let let me knw asap. please.

I'm sorry, have you undergone the same driver training as a police officer?  You likely have not.  Are you conducting important business regarding criminal cases?  Probably not.  So what then makes you think you should have the right to put everyone in danger around you when your full attention should be on driving your vehicle in a safe manner anyway? Instead of asking why you can't do it and looking foolish in the process, ask yourself maybe why you shouldn't do it.

  3. Police do not talk on cell phones, they use CB radios, just like truckers do.

    If a cop is actually using a cell phone in his car, he is breaking the law. you can call him in on it!, you could even go down to the police department and give a statement! the cop will be given a ticket...

    just like reporting a "hit and run"
